I have a problem my buddy built me a pc and i cant seem to find the right drivers and when i go into the device manager i have no modem listed but i have cable connection for the the internet. i tried reseting everything, the internet cable works on my laptop. my mother board is Intel desktop board D915GAV/D915PGN i downloaded and burned all the possible drivers i could audio modem, and graphics and they dont seem to be working. and a error comes up when i use one of them it says cannot copy pro2KXP data error cyclic redundancy check. iam so lost please help me. Not really a computer person trying to learn and fast lol.
