We covered all the bases, I'm still uncomfortable with HaxFix and ComboFix not running.
Do this for me,
Click
START then
RUN
Now type
Combofix /u in the runbox and click
OK
Notice the space between the
x and
/ -- That needs to be there.
Now,
Now please download combofix from
here or
here. It is important that you save this file to your desktop.
Double click on the program and run it for me.
