I did not enable TeaTimer. I was constantly getting registry warnings from TeaTimer that I was uncomfortable responding to. But, if you feel TeaTimer is beneficial, I will enable it.

TeaTimer can be a little intimidating at first. In general, if you are changing something, your homepage or updating, installing, or uninstalling a program, allow it. If you aren't, deny it. You can always check 'Remember my decision' and change it later. You'll also get some on startup--GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe, jusched.exe(java update scheduler), ctfmon.exe(has to do with alternative inputs for special users--totally unnecessary)--I just deny them all. But then again, I leave my computer on 24/7. TeaTimer will eventually 'calm down'. It's up to you.
