I am also new to the tech support forum. I have a question about an ACER laptop that is about three years old. I notice that when I plug my charger into the laptop, the charger just wiggles around. I looked into the hole on the side of the laptop and there is no pin. I have never seen anything like that. Is that an expensive repair? Is it the power supply inside the laptop that needs to be replaced? Is it worth the repair on a three year old computer that cost $800?
