The message is rather long. I forgot to turn off the auto reboot, so I'll do that now.
That last time it happened the error line was: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
It then went on to say that I should check newly installed hardware for problems(which I have not installed any new hardware in over a year) and if it continues, I should remove the hardware.
This is then followed by an error code and it then dumps the physical memory.

I do not have any overheating problems, and I have not heard of the memory test you talk about.
