By this, you mean you submitted the [4]-Submit_date@time.zip file, right? If so, you can delete the [4]-Submit_date@time.zip file from your desktop.
We will remove the Deckard folder later. ComboFix.txt is automatically saved to your C: drive after each run, but it's now in a different location.
Go Start > Run and copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:
C:\Qoobox\ComboFix2.txt
