That's not the first time over the last few days that's happened. I've worked around it by changing browsers, or rebooting the machine and trying again.

If still no joy, you can run this online scan in it's place.


Please perform an online scan using Internet Explorer at this website -> http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Agree to the License Agreement and allow the ActiveX download.

Now click the second click here link.





Under SCANNING OPTIONS, use the following Settings:
  • Action options - Report only
  • Second Action - Report only
  • Click OK


Now click Start Scan

Once finished, click on the Details button to view the results.

To the upper right of the results you will see an option saying Click here to export the scan results
