I'll try that... but I don't think my motherboard has on-board audio. Is that just the beeps and whistles it makes when it starts up? I don't think it is Windows since I've reformatted and it's worked for 5 years previously. Maybe the card is shot, but it's so strange that there are no errors... I'll give it a shot but not really sure if my mobo has onboard audio. If it does, and it is the card, is there any hope for it?
