Can't logon because of an account restriction

Hi! Sorry for my bad english but that's the best i can do :D Yesterday i turned off my computer for an hour or two and then I turned it back on. And windows asked me for a password for my Admin acoount (wich is the only account on my computer, btw). But! My Admin account doesn't have a password set and it logs me on automaticaly. So i tried leaving it blank and i get a message "Can't log on beacuse of an account restriction" (or at least I think it's what it said, but I'm sure it's correct). I tried all passwords I could think of, but still it didn't work.
I thin i figured out what's causing it. I ran a Windows Registry Cleaner and when I could'nt log on I did some research (google) and it said the problem's caused by the registry cleaner wich are very risky (thank god there was a BIG warning when i downloaded it *sarcasem* ).

So, what can i do?
I tried the safe mode thing (all three ways) and it didn't work.
I don't want to format my computer, but if it's really the only way is it possible that I copy some of the files from my computer (on wich I can't log on, remember) to another computer? If so how do i do it?

Thanks for your help!
