I need an uninstall list. Please do the following:
- Double-click on HijackThis.exe to run it.
- Open the Misc Tools section and click the button labelled Open Uninstall Manager
- Click the Save List button and Save it to your Desktop.
- Post uninstall_list.txt in your next reply.

Is Radial Point PC Guard antivirus required to be installed on your system by Virgin Broadband, or can you do without it?
