If you've already run Kaspersky, post that in lieu of the Panda ActiveScan.

Also post a log from HijackThis, taken just before posting. I'd like you to rename the HijackThis executable before doing that, please.

I'd like you to rename HijackThis.exe to BadAtom.exe.
  • Navigate to HijackThis.exe
  • Right click on HijackThis.exe
  • Select 'Rename'
  • Type in BadAtom.exe
  • Press Enter.
