How long did it run? Did it run through the stages? What stage was it at when it shutdown? Are you sure you disabled your antivirus program?

Go Start > Run and copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:

C:\ComboFix.txt

Did a log open up? If so, post it here along with a new HijackThis log.

If no log opens up, try running ComboFix.exe again using these instructions:

Go Start > Run and copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:

"%userprofile%\Desktop\ComboFix.exe" /killall
