As far as I'm aware the cpu is running cool - when it's on it's usually around 35C with the fan at 3200RPM. With cool'n quiet on, cpu generally runs around 40C and fan at 2250RPM.

Starting to suspect the power supply as the new one was a pretty cheap model. Bit of a stumper though. Surely if the cpu was broken it would at least give me an error beep?
