Of the bat I would look deeper into the bios to see if there is an option you need to enable. I know there are computers where you have to tell it what the cpu is even though it reads what it is. Things like Vcore settings might need to be changed. Look up the specs of your cpu and then enter bios and check settings.
When you start your computer it should say what cpu you have and what bios version you have. Would look like F7 or HM at the end. Cross check that you do indeed have the right bios installed.
