Id guess a repair install of windows would be in order. As I have never done a repair install I cant tell you the method to follow. I havent heard of EasyCleaner before. Are you 100% sure its a safe program? Most of these "boost your speeds or spyware cleaner" programs are infact programs that install nasty nasty viruses.
