System Crashing-Need Help

My system will boot up and then it will crash to a blue screen that tells me there is a problem with a certain file.(It is a different file every time) At the bottom of the screen it says it is dumping physical memory. I just turn the system off and reboot. Usually this happens about every other time I boot up. Also, my IE will crash two or three times when I start to use it after I start up the system. After about three times it crashes, the IE will work fine.

Other than the boot up issue and the IE crash, the system works fine. I have scanned and there doesn't seem to be any viruses, but I don't know.

Any ideas of what is going on?
