Please try restoring this file, clbdll.dll from the vault. If clbcatq.dll or clbcatex.dll are there, restore them too. Then run Combofix as below:
Delete your existing Combo-Fix.exe, and the folder C:\Combofix (if present). Then download a fresh copy of
Combofix from any of the links below. You
must rename it before saving it. Save it to your desktop. You can use a removable medium to transfer it to the computer if you're having problem with internet connection.

Double click on
Combo-Fix.exe & follow the prompts.
- When finished, it will produce a report for you.
- Please post the C:ComboFix.txt along with a HijackThis log so we can continue cleaning the system.
