I made the mistake of letting my little brother use my computer, and he got on IE and Firefox and downloaded God knows what. I've managed to delete most of the crap, but there are a few DLLs and misc. files hanging around that I can't delete.

Now it's taking longer to get on Firefox (I don't even touch IE anymore!) and I'm having pop-ups here and there and slow loading. Nothing major but I want to stop it now before it gets worse. I've already run Kaspersky Online Scanner and downloaded HijackThis so I'm ready to go if someone can help me out. :)
