It appears as though you've run ComboFix on this machine. ComboFix should not be run unless under the direct supervision of a trained helper.
Please post the log it created at C:\ComboFix.txt

You may want to reconsider the choice after we clean up the machine.
Spybot Search & Destroy 1.4 is outdated....you should update that when we're done also.
