Please try this. Delete your existing version of ComboFix, and download a fresh copy from one of the other links (there are three, so choose one you did not use previously). This is to avoid caching. Rename the file as ComboFxx.exe before saving it, and try the process once again.

You must rename it before saving it. Save it to your desktop.
