A toshiba a215 laptop was brought to me for repair. Laptop had been dropped and screen was broken. I ordered a new screen from vender and replaced. When unit is powered up only a very faint image shows on screen. When shining a flashlight through back of screen image of desktop can be seen. I replaced the IF inverter twice with new inverters, same results. I am thinking that the backlight may be the problem eventhough screen is new. Does anyone have any thought's or experenced this .
