Try this:
1. remove the battery and unplug AC adapter
2. press power ON button for 30 secs at least
3. plug back the battery and the AC adapter
4. power ON as normal.
EDIT:
Do you hear any beeps? Have you tried running on battery alone or AC adapter alone?
