You should do as OMGmissinglink says. He knows his stuff!
If ever the contact between heatsink and processor is disturbed, you must reapply the thermal paste after cleaning both cpu & heatsink.
If not too confident, have someone you know carry this task out, as it must be done correctly and with quality thermal paste, like Arctic Silver. Here's the instructions....

It takes 10/15 minutes; will prevent your processor from overheating and therefore working at it's best.
