I have tried the tapping F10 repeatedly at the right spot to no avail. I have no recovery discs. The computer is abyssmally slow and my grand kids have loaded it with so much trash for so long there are no viable restore points. Help me! Thanks. This is my first post and first time on this site. Here's to hoping I can finally solve this issue!
