Dear Katana,

Below is the ESET Scan you asked for. The main problem I'm having seems to be with Internet Explorer. Items on the Explorer bar are misplaced, disappearing and reappearing, and on the web page itself items often do not appear until I move my mouse cursor over them. Isn't this weird? Do computers just wear out? I have been using it probably 12 hours a day for two years. Let me know what you think. I'll try FireFox in the meantime.
