Not sure if im able to do this but i work blackberry tech for rogers and im pretty well rounded.

Whats happening there is you're software is malfunctioning.
To start off you'll need to download the Desktop Manager for blackberry.
I reccomend 4.3 to be up to date.
You can find it at blackberry.com/btsc click downloads on the left hand side
Than in the following screens click blackberry device and desktop software.
Click the same option on the next screen.
In the screen that follows click the dropdown menu and select blackberry desktop manager 4.3.
When the next screen loads select the DM without roxio as roxio makes for a long download and very long install.
