Spybot deleted something in system32

Okay so i downloaded spybot and its deleted something in system32 which is windows files. Well im sure its something that shouldnt have been deleted because ever since then my computer keeps being slow and going "not responding". I would do a restore but lo and behold i deleted all of those files to from tuneup utilities. So if anyone could help me thanks. btw ive already put in the operating system disk. Im running an emachine with 2 gigs ram. It was fine till the spybot came in. Ive scanned with kaspersky, and spybot. every things clean. 32bit. I officially hate Vista and i would love to get XP if there is any ways....
