Did the PC work correctly with the 7300Gs in it ?
If the answer is yes and the only change you made was to a more powerful video card
You should assume that a more powerful card needs more power to run it.
So that leaves us with 2 things either the video card is defective or you don't have enough power to run it.
Did you download the latest drivers and install them correctly by uninstalling your old drivers>reboot tappping F8 and selecting VGA mode>disable any anti virus/malware programs and installing the new drivers > reboot?
