Re: Help with "Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown"

Hi Texas Guy. . .

The BSOD bugcheck (STOP error code) per your post is:

0x0000009f (0x00000003, 0x86a7c028, 0x86a63540, 0x86122b78).

The 0x9f indicates that a device driver is having an issue with power management. The other parameters should be memory addresses and will hopefully lead me to the device/driver causing the problem.

Two items, please - there was one lone mini dump in the zip file - do you have more? Also, please run msinfo32 and save as an NFO (system info file - important). Zip up any other dump files and the msinfo32 NFO file and attach to your next post.

To run msinfo32 - START | type msinfo32 into the start search box | right-click on msinfo32 above | run as admin | save as NFO file - you'll see the default option.

Any ? - please let me know.

Regards. . .
