I don't know how to boot from the disk though, or how to get to the screen that boots from disk, it's either going to the bios or the computer starting (or attempting to start) up
Also do I just burn
BOOT.CAT and MEMTEST.IMG to the disk
anything else I need to do about the disk then?
How do I burn it as an ISO
The little problems and solutions thing appeared when I booted it up this time, here is what it said

Also, something appears constantly in Windows compatibility found, it is about an Intel ICH9 driver, although I have installed the driver numerous times, the message on that screen appears, although as I mention when booted up the comp is fine and I can even take a screenshot on anything you need to know from it here now, like System Info or something?
