Those are system files.
Recycler is a file for files in the recycle bin.
SVI is a folder for your restore points.
Thumbs is a cache of thumbnails. You can make it stop cacheing thumbs by reading this article. http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article03-204

There are ways to allow you to edit and destroy those files mentioned, but it is not healthy to the system.
