zalman refitted and tightened
can't get on to bios
i had a shorting problem before, but it was due to my rear I/O panel pushing against the "clear CMOS" button, so it never booted. but once i found out, everything is fine.
any other possible solutions?
i've already re-applied the thermal paste... that's can't be a startup problem right?
