I do alot of work for toshiba, IBM, and HP business laptops. I'd honestly say to try and stay away from the toshiba "A" series. the U305's are pretty good, along with the tecra's and portege's.

But in terms of reliablity, the HP business line and IBMs are excellent laptops and recommend those over toshibas any day.
