Tech Support Forum - View Single Post - Error 8007371b with KB950126 and Vista SP1

I spent several hours with microsoft support last night trying to get SP1 installed, I installed another KB47?821 ( can not quite remember the number) which was supposed to fix the said problem, alas it did not work. Tech support had me run sfc and chkdsk neither of which fixed the problem. During the process I disabled the Norton Internet Security to eliminate that as a problem. Nothing has worked thus far. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue.
