I just got off the phone with Toshiba. The drive itself is part number for the 40GB drive is MK4026GAX HDD2193.

The PA3133U-1H40 part number given on the spec sheet is the hard drive with the SelectBay caddy to fit into the DVD/CD-ROM drive.

So at last this question is answered. Thank you, everyone, for your help!!!
