A branded or OEM PC IE Dell HP Gateway have limited Bios settings to ease warranty support and so you can't overclock to protect the OEM on warranty claims.
Components sold as OEM usually come with a reduced warranty no accessories, cables
software that the full retail product comes with and you get a reduced price.
They will function the same as the retail version just don't have all the packaging and fluff,
