Remove battery, switch off any power. Now underneath laptop remove 2 screws holding a debit size cover. There you will find memory, ease them up to 45 degree angle and pull apart gently the retaining clip on the top one, now pull out the memory. Same again with bottom one. Now replace memory bottom one first make sure the side clips hold it in place, then do the top one. replace cover, then replace battery and try laptop. If it fails put back one of old ones using Same procedure and try again. then put 2nd one in again using same procedure. Good Luck ps ALWAYS TAKE OUT BATTERY AND POWER OFF TO CHANGE MEMORY.
