Okay, so its booting up every time now.
Went through the BIOS setup, and everything seems to be in order.
The harddrive is registering, as are the cd/dvd drives, and theyre all set to their primary/secondary boot order.

BUT, my computer will not load past the flashing ' - ' in the upper left corner of the screen.

I really dont have a clue what it might be.
