do NOT use the PSU that comes with ANY case. they are 110% guaranteed junk.

technology does not yet use 4 cores. Unless you plan to burn a DVD movi, play a game in high detail, and defrag at the same time, you won't need 4 cores. all CPU's need thermal paste. Intels come with it pre-applied to the heatsink, and while i'm lazy and use it, it's generally advised to use Artic Silver 5.

For proper support: what are you running? video card, cpu, m/board, ram, power supply, brand, wattage, any error message?
PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU.
