I am having the same problem with my multimediat audio controller.
In Device Manager the yellow exclamation mark is there. I have been
searching but am unable to find which driver I need. I do not have
the cd. I ran Belarc's to get all the specs on my computer.
The info it gave me for the motherboard is unknown to me.
