well, i was looking it up and found that your car can/could have up to 3 fan relays. I think they are in the relay box that would be located by the passenger fender near the reservoir by the strut tower. there could be 12 relays in it, 2x6.
lets say that you are looking at it from the front of the car and see 2 columns, starting from the front of the car to the rear
left column could be consisted in the following order, if applied
1 - Horn
2 - Cooling Fan No.1
3 - Inhibitor (A/T Models)
4 - Clutch Interlock (M/T Models)
5 - Air Conditioner
6 - Multi-Remote Control No.1

Right column could be consisted in the following order, if applied
1 - Cooling Fan No. 2
2 - Horn No.2
3 - Cooling Fan No.3
4 - Theft Warning Lamp
5 - Theft Warning
6 - Front Fog Lamp

there is one other thing that I want to point out, there was a Plymouth Breeze that I had worked on, it was a pain to change out the thermostat and after all that, it didn't fix the problem. My friend just absent-mindedly squeezed the radiator hose and fluid came out at the cap of the radiator. Please inspect the cap, and ensure that it is in good working condition with a good seal.
Sometimes it is that easy, but check that cap, since I haven't seen it mentioned yet.
