Hi,
I am trying to network my desck top and laptop without much luck. I have a Dell descktop running XP home hardwired to a dsl 2wire273 wireless router (at&t stock router). The laptop is HP also running XP home, this is connected to the internet wirelessly via the same router.

I have run the network set up wizard on the desk top and it tells me it is successful. I have tried on the lap top but during the setup it tells me that network hardware is not connected. as it is wireless i do not know what it is refering to. I click to ignore the missing hardware but on completion of the setup my laptop cannot "see" any other network places.

Does anyone know what I am missing
