It's taken you nearly two weeks to reply?

Can you tell me if your machine is running Windows XP Home, or Windows XP Professional?

If you right click on My Computer and select Properties, on the General Tab it will tell you which flavor of XP you have. This will help determine our next step.

Also, post a new log from DSS. Just double click on it to run it.
