Apparently it seems by your readout that you are running your cable modem in the static mode instead of DHCP. According to your readout the "DHCP enabled" setting is set to "No". Meaning you need to get an IP address from your IP provider and enter it in your router's settings.
I've seen this before when the local telecom will use a static IP setting to discourage subscribers from adding more computers thru a router thus limiting bandwidth hogging. If I were you I'd suggest calling your IP provider and either get that IP address or ask them to reconfigure your cable modem to DHCP, then Madcatz's suggestion will work ANYTIME you have internet connection issues.
