Like Doby said - the manual states that you can't run PC3200 RAM at FSB = 200 MHz.
Then, how is PC3200 RAM supposed to run at the correct speed???
Try putting the jumpers back to FSB = 100 MHz.
Then, in BIOS >> Advanced:
Set "CPU host frequency" = Manual.
Actual frequency = 200 MHz.
DRAM frequency = Auto.
