ok thought so
that gateway plug in not going to fit onto a retail motherboard like it did on the OEM motherboard
you have two choices
A) buy a cheap case and transplant all the guts of your gateway into the new system >>>> the new case will come with connectors that will work with your new board
B) you can go to any PC shop and have them cut you off some leads from old dead systems / we all have these lying around the shop! then you put those plug connections onto your new board / then trace where the wires go from the gateway plug to each termination >>>>> example = two wires in that plug will go to the case power switch ......... cut off the gateway plug and splice the wires from the gateway case power switch to the two wires you installed onto the motherboard which came from the dead system @ computer shop this actually works quite well
you can buy cases at newegg like the coolermaster centurion for about $45.00 to $50.00
a rosewill or raidmax case probably even cheaper >>>>>>> you would need a MED ATX case
