Cool Re: Change Default Shutdown Option??

I could fill my desktop with Shortcuts, but that's not really what I wanted to do.
I already have the "Shutdown" icon:
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 00 -f

Just re'doing it with -r instead of -s would do it, but again, I'd like to know how to change the default option in the shutdown context menu to "Restart" instead of "Sleep".

If I could find a little script to do it, that would save me untold time when setting up Vista for my customers. I already give them the Quick Shutdown Icon on their desktops. I've done that since the '98 days.

Anyway thanks for the suggestion.
