Well, that's awesome. I'm knocked out.

I booted to XP. I downloaded FindAndMount and installed it. FindAndMount scanned the two unseen drives in XP the system. I was able to mount the two previously unseen drives. All this took a couple of minutes.

When I exited out of FindAndMount, it asked me to Dismount all drives. I said NO to that and left the drives mounted. When I went to Windows Explorer, lo and behold I could still see the two mounted drives ( as K: and B: in my case).

This behaviour is just what I was after.

I'll trial OSL2000 and FINDANDMOUNT for a while, but it looks like I'll soon be blowing the dust off the PayPal account.

That's a neat work around. I think you can put the biggest SOLVED sticker you got on this one.
