Hi,
Try this link for your chipset driver (Nvidia GeForce 6150SE/NForce 430):
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_winxp_15.18.html
This should take care of most of your issues.
Check your device manager after installing the chipset driver and post any errors.
