Reset your BIOS by jumping the CMOS battery jumper. That will restore factory defaults to your MOBO which should allow you to use the integrated graphics on your mobo or if your mobo doesn't have integrated graphics, resetting the BIOS should default back to PCI.

One issue here is that your BIOS should detect whether an AGP or a PCI graphics card is installed and direct video output to whatever is hooked up.
